    No carbohydrates (rice, bread, fruit , vegetables, sugars). A lot of protein and fat. All it will do is expend your body's liquid and then slowly kill your liver. Expect mood swings and low sex drive.

    Sounds pretty fucking dumb. Good on Atkins for apparently making people fall for it, though.

    Diets don't work. The only way to lose wait is to make sure your output is greater than your input.

    Everytime you turn on your computer do 20 pushups. You'll find it easier if you count them as percentages. i.e go 10 , 5, 20 ,5.

    Go to Lans once in a while. I've never seen a really fat person at a Lan. Why?
    Because it's damn hard to eat when you trying not to get shot. Also you have to remain concentrated for long periods of time which burns up for energy then not having to think. Also your sitting up, which requires about twice as much energy as lying down.

    I lost about 35 pounds and what i did was don't eat fast food like burger king, excersise aerobically as many days a week as you can and lift weights 3-4 days a week. Also a big one is to stop drinking pop. Also just cut back on portion sizes and just eat healthier. Its not hard if i did it.

    The Atkins does work, it can just seriously fuck you up if you're body is not up for it(and you don't take the diet appropriately). It's a 2 week diet, anything longer could kill you. I guess no one read the hefty explenation I gave on the last page...

    June 5th, I was tired of being a lazy sack o crap that weighed 210 lbs, and I decided that I would get back in shape for school next semester. That week in my journalism class, I got really turned on to Dance Dance Revolution. I invested in some soft, and recently, hard pads. I also cut out most fats, sugars, and carbs out of my diet. Once a week, I allow myself to have 1 meal where I eat whatever I want wwithout going overboard.(Keeps you sane) In a little less than two months, I have lost 30 lbs and am down to about 180 and still going. I have dropped 1 to 2 pants sizes, and 1 shirt size. 'Sides the weightloss, I have recieved numerous compliments from classmates and it seems a lot easier to get a girlfriend. I also have a new group of friends from the DDR and my skillz are getting mad!
    9-10 footers single heavy
    8-9 footers doubles heavy

    I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER!!!!!!

    I lost 7 pounds in the last 5 weeks. I weighed 206, now I'm down to 199. What I did was:
    1. I stopped eating so much.
    2. I exercised more.
    3. I pretty much kept active.

    Screw diets. Do it the [ForeverZero] way.
