Yeah, that sounds about right. I can't draw women in the swimsuit poses every other artist tends to, because I just don't see women that way. I wanna draw them realistically. Or at least as realistic as my style will allow me.Originally posted by Fraulein
Well, the theory states that since you are not of the female sex, it will be harder to draw that sex- because you do not know the proper proportions and how certain body parts move, sit, etc.
....something to that effect.
I just don't wanna get into that whole pin-up mindset. Women aren't like that. Not all of them, at least. I'd rather be able to draw your average girl, and not have it look like something outta an issue of Playboy.
