What game should I play thread

Ok here it is, somtimes it's hard to pick which game you wanna play. Prolly when you go off line here or later in the day or right away ya dig!! For example I'll go first. Try to keep it down to just a few like 5 or something!!! Umm if this belongs in GG then feel free to move.

Ok later after dinner I'm gonna play a game but can't decide, but have narrowed it down to these

1. 007 Nightfire
2. Star Ocean 2
3. Jak & Daxter
4. Baldurs Gate 2
5. Mario World

Dont start playing BG2 unless you have plenty of time cause once you start playing you just kind of get caught up in it and the next thing you know its 3am.

I beg to differ with Ronclon... I didn't find it a very addictive game at all. Personally, from that list, I would choose Mario World. Endless hours of entertainment wrapped up in a simple yet effective and beautifully done game. In fact, I have a hankering to play it right now...

And we know he has these games... how? What if he doesn't? Then what? He'll go and buy a new game so he can play it after dinner?

Thats what I was thinking too. Zaladane I would go with Mario World as well, its pretty much the only one of those five I have actually played.

yeah your are right...I thought it was like a kind of game .....for example what game should I play after dinner and then you must make a list of 5 games...but I think I had it wrong

I'd beg to differ with you, cause Mario World, while great can be breezed through in a relatively short time, and once you do you'll likely put it aside for awhile before playing it again. There's certainly not "Endless hours of entertainment" to be found in that game at any rate. Even going through and finding every secret level and completely beating the game doesn't take more then four, maybe five hours tops. If he want's to spend more then a few hours playing something, I'd suggest a session of Star Ocean 2. It's a good game, and as an RPG, you'll find yourself investing alot more time in it then you would a simple platformer. Mario World may be a great game, but it's certainly not going to hold your attention for too long....

I would choose Star Ocean 2, it's simply a great RPG.

PS this soulda been a poll I think, that way you wouldn't have to read every post to see which to play. just a thought.
