Default Why can't I run ePSXe in full screen with 32BIT colour?

Right I've tried looking for this problem for a while and have only seen one person ask about this but they didn't get a reply.

When I try run a game in full screen with 32BIT colours it cuts most of the game off screen. But when I change it to 16BIT colours, it runs perfectly?

I know my TV supports this resolution, I have enabled full screen mode with the correct resolution and I have tried the 'ALT' and 'Enter' command but this simply puts it back to 800x600 ish.

What am I doing wrong? And is 32BIT that much of a difference over 16BIT when it comes to PSX games?

    - ePSXe 1.8

Honestly I don't see a huge difference in color quality between the 16 and 32 bit options, though that could be just me.

As for the cutoff issue, I would suggest trying a different video plugin first off and seeing if that helps (either one of the D3D ones or the regular OpenGL one).
"I think that the problem with this video is it is highly derivative of many popular bands within the genre. Although when viewed on its own merits, it does have a deeper groove. However what it has in groove, it lacks in originality. One can't help but be reminded of such bands as Pearl Jam, White Zombie, Suicidal Tendencies and other bands that bear the mantle of so called "Alternative Rock". One is even reminded of Lorie Anderson when she wore curlers. Hehehmhm! This video speaks less to the heart and more to the sphincter. In closing, I think Korn would do well to learn more from -"
