Around that time I think a lot of their staff left (I know the people that did goldeneye went on to do the timesplitter games) its a shame, they did make some fantastic games back in the day.

Anyway, personal favorites are Atlus, Konami, Treasure, SEGA and Capcom.

I guess Square as well but they haven't made any really decent games since the Enix merger. During the PS1 era, Square were amazing but now =(
