RE4 already has a HD version (physical/digital last gen) I doubt they will remake that.
It works ok, the only issue I have with it is the ambient sound is locked so it's loud as fuck over all other effects. Maybe there are some versions that don't have that issue but the XB1 EU/AU/NZ version has that problem. I can't see why it couldn't be fixed with a huge patch to the game, instead of making a completely new release though
Veronica seems more likely as it's older style and really needs to be updated, plus most people would have digital versions (I think there are some physical variants but maybe that was 360 gen, or maybe I'm thinking of RE4 physical variants 360 gen?).
