    Default Error; Missing Shader Extensions (gpuPeteOpenGL2)

    hey,
    im having promblems running games on my laptop,
    the graphics program i am using is;
    Pete's OpenGL2 Driver Version 2.8
    the graphics card i have installed on my laptop is: ATI mobility radeon 9000 igp

    i know that my bios etc is correct because i downloaded 'the legend of dragoon' and played it through 'epsxe v.1.6.0' and it worked, it was slow at points but it still worked.
    before i tried that any game i tried to play through the programme 'Delta2 V2.01' (as it has multiple games available on it which i am unable to play directly through epsxe 1.6) was showing a black screen, now when i attempt to play one through delta2 the screen goes black and a message comes up saying;

    gpuPeteOpenGL2
    missing shader extensions

    then once ive clicked O.K. another message follows,

    No buffer available

    tbh i cant find what its looking for, any help of what to do would GREATLY be appriciated =]
