Angry ImgBurn PSX File Doesn't Exist

Hello everybody, I'm new and happy to be here

I need to burn ''Tekken 2'', a PSX game but I'm having trouble doing so.
I'm using ImgBurn, 7zip and a normal CD not DVD since it's PSX.

The one I downloaded Tekken 2 from emuparadise and when I extracted (containing: Tekken 2.bin.ecm & Tekken 2) it I got a cue. and bin. file, both having a VLC logo somehow (just wanted to mention it just in case it has some effect)

Opening Img Burn I click on Write Image File to Disc, from the browse I select the cue. file and then I get the following message: FILE doesn't exist - File Name: Tekken 2.bin

I changed both file names to Tekken 2, both remaining cue. and bin. files of course. When I selected the cue. file from the browse this time it didn't give me the same error, however once I clicked on Write I instantly got this message Failed to send Cue sheet - Reason: Invalid field in parameter list

    What I am doing wrong?
I tried another source and I got three bin. files and a readme text, I don't get it Help

The .bin.ecm file you got after extracting the original downloaded file was actually another archive you need to extract: simply renaming it won't work. You'll need to use ecm tools to extract it, which can be found here. Extract the "ecm tools.rar" file, then drag & drop the .bin.ecm tekken file onto unecm.exe from that archive to get the real .bin file.
"I think that the problem with this video is it is highly derivative of many popular bands within the genre. Although when viewed on its own merits, it does have a deeper groove. However what it has in groove, it lacks in originality. One can't help but be reminded of such bands as Pearl Jam, White Zombie, Suicidal Tendencies and other bands that bear the mantle of so called "Alternative Rock". One is even reminded of Lorie Anderson when she wore curlers. Hehehmhm! This video speaks less to the heart and more to the sphincter. In closing, I think Korn would do well to learn more from -"
