Trouble with GC roms?

So I downloaded twilight princess and gale of darkness from emuparadise, and it gave me these wierd zips with a folder and a bunch of files inside? These are what Im getting instead of an ISO and dolphin cant find them.

I tried 7zip -and- winrar, kept getting this.

Just extract the first .rar file from the second image (not the .nfo), and you should get a single file after that, which is an .iso of the game. (check the file type to make sure)
