I have a premium membership. Is there a way to queue up a bunch of download links with jDownloader (in my case, PSX2PSP games) instead of downloading one by one in a Web browser?

There's no way of entering EP premium info in JD like you would for file host premium EP premium is just a special link you're given.
Just use DownThemAll! Firefox addon, stay logged in with your premium link while you're doing that.
I've used this method quite a bit but:
I've only had a queue of 4 downloads at once iirc.
I download 1 at a time in that queue.
Spoiler warning:
Can I queue up more than 4 and have it download 4 at actime, then continue to the next ones in the queue?
Does downloadthemall work in Chrome, or is there a Chrome equivalent?

For all of those questions: I don't know.
What I posted is what I have done myself so I know queuing works with DownThemAll! but I have no idea about possible limitations.
Maybe once or twice I had a queued download fail and for some reason I couldn't resume it, but the link was ok because I removed the failed download from the queue, started the download process from scratch again and it downloaded fine in the end.
Spoiler warning:
All I am asking is if I queue up say, 20 downloads in downloadthemall, will it download 4 at a time, and when those are done, move on to the remaining files in the queue?
I am not in front of my PC to find out as of now.

Yes you can queue them up to go 4 at a time. Each download should use 1 connection though. Or, you could use 4 connections per download and do them one at a time.
