Default How do I get Mega-CD working on Fusion?

So I downloaded Fusion to play Sonic CD, but this issue has been bugging me for the whole day!

So when I open up the CUE file on Fusion. I have the option to press the Start button, but when I press Enter, I don't get sent to the game. I get sent to another menu which is stupid!

Do you have Mega CD/Sega CD bios files?

sounds like you have the bios files but the sega cd image is incorrect, open the cue in notepad and compare it to the bin and report the findings .
THE BEST METHOD to run PSX games (and everything else for that matter) is via Retroarch - http://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/
If you have any questions on how to set it up on Windows please feel free to ask, its very easy.

I think the reason Sonic CD doesn't run is because the .cue file that's Sonic CD in Europe only works on Gens... WTF?

NOTE: Fixed thanks to PakkISO. It says I need to use this in every PAL Mega CD rom. Thank god...
