    Not this stuff, pretty spot on and it does not "force" you to sleep like tylenol PM and the like.

    Screw sleeping pills, you need to start taking some melatonin before bed or something. It's natural, and it doesn't leave you groggy. Find the fast acting liquid stuff, it's the best.
