Computer won't turn on.

Hello Emuparadise forums,
I recently built a computer for old PC applications with Windows XP. I wanted to dual-boot with Windows 98 and XP. I tried turning it on, however, no boot. The fan doesn't go on. The motherboard's light is on, claiming it's gotten power. The onboard fan moves a little. I plugged it onto 2 outlets and it won't turn on. I replaced the cable multiple times and no luck. Other computers don't work either except my iMac G3. Is there a way to fix it?

I've had this problem. My RAM wasn't seated, and no beeping, nothing. Try reseating RAM or temporarily replace ram until the PC is deemed OK.

Have you got the power switch wired in correctly, I've had problems where I've accidentally put it into the header upside down and caused the PC not to boot.

could be a dead power supply or dead power cable too.

1st most likely issue would be bad psu.
