Considering it's not happening in safe mode, my guess is malware. On the start menu, type "msconfig" into the search bar and hit enter. Click the Startup tab, uncheck anything you don't recognize then click Apply and restart your computer. If it still does it, try disabling everything else on the Startup tab and restarting again.
If that doesn't work, download and install the non-premium version of Malwarebytes, found here. Once it's installed, run it and find the definitions update option on the main window, then do a normal full scan. You'll probably want to do all of this from safe mode, just make sure you select the one with networking.
"I think that the problem with this video is it is highly derivative of many popular bands within the genre. Although when viewed on its own merits, it does have a deeper groove. However what it has in groove, it lacks in originality. One can't help but be reminded of such bands as Pearl Jam, White Zombie, Suicidal Tendencies and other bands that bear the mantle of so called "Alternative Rock".
