Unwanted adverts on sites.

For some reason, I keep getting ads on SITES. They say, "ADs by Winter Web". What do I do?

It could be a third party extension installed into your browser. I use Chrome and have had similar happen.
If you use chrome click on the "three dashes" at the top-right >"More tools" > "extensions"
You can see your extensions that are installed. Here you can either delete them or disable them.

I found that simply deleting one would have it pop back up when I used the software again, so I just disabled it and now it never reenables.

if you have a fake adblock plus, you will get those ads to appear.
