Bliss-Box: A project for retro controllers now on Kickstarter.
Something the emulation world always needed but only could get in the way of D.I.Y kits and projects now becomes a retail reality. Yes this is not for everyone, but to whom it is, will really appreciate the hard work and money that made it possible.
Bliss-Box presents 4-play the universal 4-player; retro controller adapter.

The 4-Play is a universal console-to-USB controller adapter with 4 ports allowing up to 4 players at the same time with almost any controller of their choosing. It uses low cost adapter cables which allow a variety of console controllers to plug into the 4-Play's universal HDMI style controller port. This allows the 4-Play to support a wide variety of controllers on each port.
The adapter works with USB HID OS like, Windows, OSX, Linux, Raspberry Pi, Android, Raspberry Pi(retropie), and even the PS3! the 4-Play does not require the installation of software drivers.
Also you can use the cables if you are in to projects like retroPie general input pins.

The cables use a HDMI interface and can be used with a break out board.
The 4-play is ready for production but requires a 5000+ order so that the box is at a reasonable price. Kickstarter was used so that people can buy in small volume collectively. Happy to receive your support in a small pledge or just simply share the link. Again it is not for everyone, but just the beginning to newer product we hope to release. Looking forward but not limited to: arcade cabs, in-drive bay options, device add-ons (like Zapper gun filter for use with LCD and Plasma displays), and multi-consol adapters.
