What? No.
BSOD is associated with hardware failure,bad drivers and such.Not by playing exe from usb.Not even if usb drive fails

Is this what happens when you attempt to run PJ64 from a flash drive? What about from the computers internal Hard Drive?

i even can't find compatibility list for this emulator
PJ64s compatibility has really flipflopped recently, best bet is to just try a game and see.
