Default Running Sega CD images with separate MP3's?

So I recently got a couple of different Sega CD ISOs from a site other than this one, namely Final Fight CD and Sonic CD. I'm used to them coming as complete .bin/.cue sets but this time I got an ISO and a folder of MP3's instead. The games themselves work fine, but there's no music.

The filenames I'm working with here look like, for example, Final_Fight_CD_Track_01.iso and Final_Fight_CD 02.mp3, Final_Fight_CD 03.mp3, etc. Renaming the MP3s so they fit the ISOs naming convention causes Final Fight to freeze after the initial credits splash.

I'm using Kega Fusion, and the ISO and MP3 files same separately zipped if it helps. Any ideas?

I have Sonic CD Redump posted if you would rather use that, if you want a TOSEC image I can post that as well.

Those iso/mp3 downsamples aint worth the time messing with honestly.

If you really want to use that downsample the files must match what is in the cue sheet, open the cue in notepad and fix the file names.

I'd go ahead and just re-download them but I'm stuck on a throttled 3G connection for the foreseeable future, only really get good internet access at school. Honestly if nothing else I think learning to rebuild what I have would be a good learning experience if nothing else.

Right now the only actual "data" file I have is the single .iso though, no .bin or .cue file. I've got Daemon Tools and Imgburn so I could do some converting if necessary.
"I think that the problem with this video is it is highly derivative of many popular bands within the genre. Although when viewed on its own merits, it does have a deeper groove. However what it has in groove, it lacks in originality. One can't help but be reminded of such bands as Pearl Jam, White Zombie, Suicidal Tendencies and other bands that bear the mantle of so called "Alternative Rock". One is even reminded of Lorie Anderson when she wore curlers. Hehehmhm! This video speaks less to the heart and more to the sphincter. In closing, I think Korn would do well to learn more from -"
