Default Max file compression with 7zip

So, quick question for you guys. Ive had 7zip archives that were fairly smaller than the actual files itselves. I dont seem to be able to do that. Ex. Ive uploaded gran turismo 2 sountrack and the 7z archive was almost the same file size as the folder.
So, share your tips and tricks with me, how can I get max compression of 7zip archives?

    Anything hepful is welcome

Audio files are already compressed (from lossless audio quality to MP3 or whatever) so you don't gain any space saving by compressing them with WinRAR or 7zip.

I suspect you're posting all over the place to boost your post count, please don't do that.
