    Default Bedtime.

Is there anything wrong with going to bed at 10:30-11:00?

What time do you go to bed?

Because I work awkward shifts (finishing at 10pm) I usually mess around for a few hours afterwards. I can't just go to sleep after finishing work, I need to wind down first. I usually crash out after 2am ish.

    Something odd happened last night.

I went to bed at 10:40, and I woke up at 6:40.

I stayed up only 10 minutes past my bedtime, but I woke up almost an hour earlier (I wake up at 7:30).

Should I see a sleep specialist?

Nope, some people can easily get by on 7 hours sleep, you went to sleep earlier and your body felt rested enough for you to rise earlier, I wouldn't bother seeing a sleep specialist about it, it's very normal.

Someone seems worried about their sleeping habits. As you said many times... VG_Addict should see a doctor, before it's Melatonin_Addict

In all seriousness: Bed around 9:30 - 10:00PM, up for 5:00AM every day.

Usually my hours, get up at 6:30 in the morning to get shit done before the house is fully up. School rarely complicates this schedule.

I sleep around 11:30pm - 12:00am, sometimes later and get up at 7:30am every morning. My sleep schedule has never been better to be honest.

Guys, no. He's clearly trying to figure out when you're asleep so he can steal you vidya.

Because, like all addicts, he eventually has to support his addiction with theft.

Thankfully I no longer sleep ever.

    I'M WATCHING YOU ADDICT.

    FARMER!

    Ahem.

Depends if I have to work or not the next day, although I sometimes forget to sleep properly then aswell. So, 23.00-03.30, usually around 00.30 or something. I tend to sleep less than five hours which is starting to get sorta annoying.
