Use 7zip, extract from the first part only. It would be a split archive so you don't extract each part individually.
Whatever video you saw most probably had a different archive share as an example. As if they would all be the same

    Spoiler warning:

You just need to extract first as dl said the rest is not that different to most other emulators after that

CD DVD and other disc media emulators require iso gcm cdi bin+cue and other disc image files to be extracted first before you can use them

7-zip is recommended for doing this instead of winrar

you can get that from www.7-zip.org

Take the main file you originally downloaded and extract that like before; you should get a whole bunch of rar type files, meaning it's a split archive. The idea with these is to find the first file in the list and extract that, which extracts all of them into one big file. Usually the right one to extract will be a new .rar file (it will be listed as smaller than the original one), though it differs sometimes. Extracting that should give you a .iso or .gcm file, which is the main game file you'll want to load with your emulator.

"I think that the problem with this video is it is highly derivative of many popular bands within the genre. Although when viewed on its own merits, it does have a deeper groove. However what it has in groove, it lacks in originality. One can't help but be reminded of such bands as Pearl Jam, White Zombie, Suicidal Tendencies and other bands that bear the mantle of so called "Alternative Rock". One is even reminded of Lorie Anderson when she wore curlers. Hehehmhm! This video speaks less to the heart and more to the sphincter. In closing, I think Korn would do well to learn more from -"
