problems with zelda oot download link

I downloaded zelda oot and it says corrupt zip or watever and i redownloaded it again and it did the same thing it got to like 30% and then said the download was complete and wouldnt work and everytime i try to download anything else i get sent to a page that says i have too many downloads but im not downloading anything

Probably just weekend usage is high. Use a download manager that way if it stops it has continue function.
