    Netbook??

    You're processor is way too low to run anything at decent speeds. Basically with Dolphin you can run it at default. Just leave the resolution at the lowest which I believe is 640x480 and test with something simple like Mario Kart but as I said don't expect much. Try it with Dolphin 3.5. There are also some minor tweaks you could try but is mostly game specific/dependent.

    Edit: also 34 views and nobody could post anything??? The Russian is coming for you
