I still haven't figured out why Kega Fusion crashes whenever I attempt to open another ROM, after playing with one earlier.
That is pretty strange. Just tested Fusion 3.64 in a Win8 VM and didn't have any crashing issues when loading games while another is running. The first thing I'd recommend checking is if there's an updated driver for your video card. To find out what model card/chipset you have, use a program like GPU-Z. Once you have that, just do a search for "nameofcard drivers".
If updating your drivers doesn't help (or if none were available) I would try using a different version of the emulator. On the authors homepage he does mention 3.64 may have bugs (though I've never experienced any with it), and to hold onto 3.63 just in case. "I think that the problem with this video is it is highly derivative of many popular bands within the genre. Although when viewed on its own merits, it does have a deeper groove. However what it has in groove, it lacks in originality. One can't help but be reminded of such bands as Pearl Jam, White Zombie, Suicidal Tendencies and other bands that bear the mantle of so called "Alternative Rock".
