    Default Steam Summer Sale 2014

Just thought it would be smart to have a dedicated thread for anything everyone purchases during the sale rather than clogging up the Game Purchases Thread, also to inform people of what's on sale each day.

Now I haven't bought anything yet but do plan too

The Witcher 2 Enhanced Edition $3.99
    Don't Starve $3.74

I would almost consider Dead Rising 3, since it will at least look better on PC than the Xbone, but I still don't think it's worth $40.
If the rest of this sale is any indication of things to come, then it looks a bit bleak. These games have all been making the sale rounds since last summer.

Oh, and the fact that DR3 doesn't release until September 5th. Screw that.

I agree this first day is thin, I won't be buying anything of it. Granted other games are still discounted (like a shit ton of indie games) that just arent featured.

The next set of flash sales you can see (you get to vote between two options)
    Option #1
    Trine 2 $2
    FEZ $2.5
Dust An Elysian Tail $3 (I highly recommend this game)
    Valdis Story Abyssal City $3.75

    Option #2
    Torchlight 2 $5
South Park Stick of Truth $40
    7 Days to Die $13.75
    Van Helsing $10

Trine 2 is free on PS4 just so everyone knows - don't go buy it on Steam when you can get it free

I already have Fez and Dust, as well as Torchlight. Man, lame first day. I sure hope tomorrow picks up!

I should probably grab Sins - I almost did during the xmas sale, and I know you recommended it back then Gyp.

Nothing so far that I desperately want. Ironically enough the one game I did end up buying today was Abyss Odyssey, and it wasn't even part of the big summer sale (only 33% off). Game looks really nice though, and I had some money from selling trading cards so only ended up paying 6 euros for the thing.

I will most likely be picking up Black Flag when it's 75% off, though.

I got Spec Ops: The Line yesterday. To be honest there aren't many games that I want and I can't get cheaper retail versions or legit keys. Batman: Arkham Origins is -40% and State of Decay -50% until June 30. I will get them, but I'm waiting bigger price drop. Also Abyss Odyssey looks nice, but I don't want to buy next game that I will play in mid 2015 when it will be priced 5€.

And how about Summer Adventure stuff? I'm purple team.

You never know! Dead Rising 3 is already up on Steam and we all know that's an Xbone exclusive rite?

Witcher 2 and Far Cry 3 are tempting. But neither would ever get played. Plus, skint.
