It is supposedly the leaked screen select. I would assume it is either a demo from Best Buy or an early copy given to the tourney players. I think the cast is fine.

You can't just link to images hosted by 4chan. Obviously it gets blocked by a no-leech script, and they don't host images forever. Discussions can last as little as an hour there, and their server purges files after the discussion is finished.
Anyways I think I've seen the pic you've tried to post. Supposedly it was accidentally leaked by Electric Playground, as they left a demo running on a background TV during one of their shows.
*PSA* Wii Redump collector's can now unscrub ISO files. So scrubbed games can now be verified. You can find the program to do this here
