Default what to do with .img / .cue / .sub / .ccd......

So, I downloaded PuLiRuLa for ps1 and it came with a .img, .cue, .sub and .ccd

The emulator I use is PSXjin 718. When I try to run the .img there, the game runs finely but the BGM's are mute.

ePSXe gives me the same issue.

What should I do with those 4 files? I'm pretty sure I should do something with them to get the BGM's working.

you need to use the ccd or cue file to get the CDDA audio to run, and psxjin seems to be a very poor emulator.
THE BEST METHOD to run PSX games (and everything else for that matter) is via Retroarch - http://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/
If you have any questions on how to set it up on Windows please feel free to ask, its very easy.
