Gameboy Roms' different versions?

I'm looking at gameboy roms. I see there are multiple versions of each game. One has a [!], the next a [b1], then [b2] and [b3] among many others. Is there a key somewhere on the site so I can make sense of these and find the best version of each game?

Hint the Good set is not that good, look at sets like No-intro that just have the best dumps you can get

The Good set is great if you want everything including bad dumps hacks & mods ect though
