ya i was just wondering... what's with the sticky posts??

i always thought they were important things that admins put or something, but then i saw emuparadise awards got there? so if anyone could clear that up i'd be grateful

Its usually topics that are very good and useful or important such as "IDSA Attacks Emuparadise"
