Problems extracting zipped files

If there's already a post with this in it I apologise, but I couldn't find it.

The following is in relation to psp/ps1 ISOs

Basically, when I open some zipped folders (or attempt to unzip them) instead of getting the few files along with the ISO which I usually pass onto the psp, I get numerous (like, LOADS) of other compressed files, along with a .sfv and .nfo file.

in the case of BlazBlue I got:

psy-blaz.rar
psy-blaz.rar00
psy-blaz.rar01
ETC

up to about 60.

How exactly might one manage these files appropriately and what am I supposed to do with them?
All I wanted was the ISO lol..

I'm obviously doing something wrong, yet I have no idea what.

It looks like a double zipped file. Make sure you have 7zip installed, right click psy-blaz.rar00 and extract. You should end up with an ISO.
