To follow up on the PSP, I've done a few videos about Sega games for it on my channel.
The original PCECD version with translated intro and stuff is actually on that PDP remake version.... as is Symphony of the Night.

You just have to unlock them. I bought the PSP version just for this reason - the 2.5D in the game was pretty shoddy IMO

Oh didn't know that the 2D version was unlockable. I know that there was Symphony Of The Night though! Did you play Ultimate Ghosts 'n Goblins? I found it pretty faithful, and that is 2.5D.

I do have it actually - it's pretty damn good. It's actually really hard too, but you can revisit stages with better equipment and reach new areas (metroid style) to get even better shit. It's worth checking out.

You can choose the difficulty actually. There's also the Novice mode. I've chosen the Ultimate as I like to play my games on Hard

I've got it, and bought it for quite cheap. About £6 quid and found out it can get quite pricey!

No ripping here, I just feel what I feel, nothing more nothing less. Plus as a game, yeah it plays fine, I just wish the title of Castlevania wasn't stapled to it. That, and I don't feel like being banned for my opinions

Price is not a problem, I always wanted another remake of Ghost and Goblins.

Ah, wasn't sure if you were asking for a recommendation or what. I need to get back to it - when I first got the Vita i went on a buying spree and picked up all the great PSP titles I had missed over the years.... then I ran out of space on that dinky ass memory stick.... so games just get shuffled around now and I forget what I have half the time

I really don't like that game
I wonder if it ever got fully fixed for MP?
Btw, is it tuesday yet? I'm starting to get the itch for that Thief game.... and the PS4 really needs something new

Yeah I fucked up getting the multiplayer for it to work in order to play with Roxas and just said hell with it and deleted it.

Seems much better with all the addons and looks like I may be able to have less of a hassle getting the multiplay to work this time around with this version (don't even have to use Hamachi or anything)
