    Why, it's that bad?

    Also, I watched BTOOOM shortly after SAO and although it's not exactly the same, it deals with similar stuff and I found it the more enjoyable series of the two. Hell the romance in it develops better than in SAO, for one thing, and it had a bigger emotional impact on me.

    I watched BTOOOM right after watching SAO for the first time as well

    Ahh fair enough. I prefer to follow manga a lot of the time. Was put off of anime for a long time after the naruto filler

    Yeah there was an anime that aired last year, it roughly covers volumes 1-8 of the manga. I recommend watching it.

    I'd love a second season but there's not enough manga material for it unfortunately.

    I try to catch manga when I can, I will admit I caught BTOOOM half way through so I would have to start from the beginning anyhow. Hopefully if I save it for a while I they'll be a few more episodes of the anime up
