F3 DLC for 360 is DRM free...same with NV, TES IV & V.

You might be able to use some mods with the PC version of NV dude (if you're gunna play that too).
Not mods to increase the visual quality, but I remember reading about mods to restore "cut content".

I'll see if I have a link for what I'm talking about.

GotY editions are the source of the Beth DRM free content.
And with Oblivion there were 2 small DRM free DLCs that didn't come with GotY, but were available via an Xbox magazine disc.


Even Dishonored has DRM free content now, but it's PAL region locked
