We have the same launch date as Europe for PS4 (which makes sense because we are PAL region), and Xbox One is the same for most of the western world afaik. The only difference is that PS4 supply here is lacking.

It seems pretty few and far between, and most of the so called issues are coming from Amazon users, which doesn't mean shit in my book. User reviews on Amazon are as bad if not worse than the shitty user reviews on Metacritic. Just a bunch of angry fanboys raging about nonsense.

I didn't say the issues were widespread. But Sony did initially admit that around 0.4% of PS4's had issues, and then less than a week later revised that to "less than 1%". Which indicates many thousands based on 1 million units.
Also, M$ are doing quick replacements before you even send the faulty unit back + a free game.

Forza 5 would be the only game that would get me to buy an Xbone, and as I've said £430 + £50 = almost enough for a real car, so the chance of me blowing that much cash on a new Xbone is just not happening.

Nowhere near as many cars/tracks as the previous titles and they've made the game much more grindy because they're hoping you'll say fuck it and spend real money to unlock specific cars.

As in the most expensive cars genuinely cost £30 to buy.
