But no, really. I love Jews.
Cheaper than turkey and more filling!
White meat has nothing to do with it...

    Happy turkey day kraut.

Hmm, I wonder if I can break the 6000 post mark by the end of the year.

Ended up grabbing that XBone after all. They're still hard to find here so I figure if I really don't like it I won't have any trouble getting my money back. Initial impressions for anyone who cares:

-Runs very, very quietly. Seriously. I can't hear it over the TV at all.
-Haven’t bothered to plug in Kinect. I heard you'd need it at least once to set the console up. Nope. It's still in the box and I’ve been quite happily playing DR3 for the last hour.
-I do prefer the 360 controller but the XBone isn't radically different, just not quite as comfortable for me. It's smaller and a little less chunky. The d-pad is ten times better though, no question. Feels like the one on the Vita.
-Install times from disc are much better than I was expecting. DR3 let me start playing at 50%, which only took about five minutes (and that included downloading a patch) so yeah, can't complain.

-Slow booting up from cold. Makes the 360 look lightning quick in comparison.
-The rumble triggers are weird. They just… yeah. Every time they vibrate my fingertips itch.
-I thought people were exaggerating when they said it looked like a VCR, but I have one on the shelf underneath and they really are the exact same size.
-Uh... the blue light on the face of the controller might be distracting in a darkened room I guess?

In short it's not horrible and hasn't burnt my house down yet so...?

I think I'd wait for the prices to come down before considering either console Nice summary though

Did you only get DR3, or did you grab Ryse and Forza? I hear Forza is neutered, but I wouldn't know any different since I never played any of the previous Forza games. Interested to hear about Ryse if you got it.
