Can you help me identify this anime?

I stumbled upon a brief clip which showed Colonel Sanders, Gordon Tracy and some Japanese guy with the sound of people gasping in terror in the background, followed by a view from outer space of something blowing up on Earth. There is a satellite with the words "Peach Mochi" or something printed on it.
