A simple google search came up with this:

It appears to be Version 0.8 so it is not 100% completed. It is a patch though.

I think the one you searched is Tear Ring Saga, Not Berwick Saga.

yup, you're right. In that case, I cannot find a patch or even a team working on it at all...
