DICE and Wow Action Max Roms

Can someone tell me where I can find DICE (Discrete Integrated Circuit Emulator) roms like pong and the others ones? Also I'm looking to find WoW Action Max roms and movies.

You don't need to download roms for DICE. Just download the emulator, select new game and choose your game from the list.
