It's a fairly OK game. If you like Thief it's probably worth it.

It'll be in the bargain bins before you know it though I think. So unless you need to play it right now, I'd wait until it's like $15.

Unlikely to happen soon here, retail games take a little longer to get cheap. But yeah it'll get cheap used soon enough I guess.
I really liked the last game released on Xbox, haven't looked at any vids or anything for this one though

I'm pretty sure Ratchet and Clank will end up being cross-buy with the Vita version, if that's the one you're referring to?
