Default The all "ENGAGING" Star Trek Thread!!!!!

Welp I've been thinking of this for awhile and can't remember if I actually ended up doing this

But anyhow why not a thread on everything Star Trek? I mean the Internet was built by - the public anyways on 2 things and since porn is against the rules I figured by default it would have to be this!

A lot of people here are still quite into it like Sprung, Jackhammer and DeadLegion hell even Milady has even watched some!!! Just happens to be a complete coincidence that those mentioned are all staff!!! (Maybe that way we could get a sticky? )

Even after nearly 50 years now there is still new content like the rebooted movies, video games and such. So we can share news fave episodes and movies, share fun facts and quiz each other on the lore and who knows maybe even bring some of our more silent members to post more who happen to enjoy the Trek.

Here's a neat little ship comparison from popular Sci-fi and Trek of course, so if you've ever wondered how big the Enterprise is vs a Star Destroyer this is for you!!!

And here's a simple galaxy map of the key empires.

    So yeah GO GO GO!!!

Oh yeah forgot to mention I'm going through Voyager as well after talking with DL about it a week ago or whatever in the hangout. Not quite done the first season.

I'm currently going through the Voyager series. Just getting ready to battle the Hirogen. Good stuff, considering the use of the communications array leads to the development of the Pathfinder project.

I gave it a start once but didn't get very far into it. Should give it another try sometime.

It certainly isn't great but it isn't long anyway. A 3 part deal (Act I/II/II), I've got it here somewhere.

Guess what? I'm currently watching Voyager as well, just started s3...

One of my favourite TNG episodes has to be S5E25 - The Inner Light. Just watch it, no explanation needed.

The flute sold for $48,000 in 06 at auction. It apparently doesn't even play

    It is a good episode.

Just finished the Voyager episode faces where B'lanna sp? Was split into human and klingon. Good episode.

I don't know why they don't just create a tv series from these movies it has been done in reverse, twice.

Would be interesting, but I don't know if they'd be able to secure everyone to do a season

It would be all new actors again probably if they did.

Or come up with something different

Say continue on from the tng era or just ahead slightly and start in the next century like 2401

Or have an academy series which they've talked about before.

    Star Trek Degrassi Academy TNG

Could be interesting. I was always interested in what happened after DS9 and Voyager.

Wouldn't have to be, the other two Star Trek series had movies with the same actors.
Plenty of actors will do tv and movies now anyway...it's not like the old days when tv shows were all seen as being bad for rep.
