gallop racer the one and only road to victory please help

hi ı have been searching for this game about 2 days and ı cant find it or ı found it but cant started it please can someone upload this for me ı need to play this game

Did a search and apparently this is known as gallop racer 2. You will need to use MAME to play this however, and also if you post if the correct area you can get more precise help than in the free for all section
