Alright this may be difficult with the language barrier, but from what I understand you are trying to open a file named "IOPRP250.IMG" with PCSX2, and when you open the the IOPRP250.IMG file with something else, it shows this: http://imgur.com/mNRlsid right?

I can guarantee you that downloading the game from a different source is going to be easier than trying to get this version to work. http://www.emuparadise.me/Sony_Plays...rope%29/153638

No, because there are so many variables. What are your specs? Are you trying to make the game look better (you can play your games in HD), or play faster?

Try PCSX2 wiki, there are pages for each game and they usually contain best setting for said game at the time they were written.
