final fantasy 8 crashes

I have been playing ff8 on my Samsung galaxy s3 but it always crashes at a certain point on disc 1. Has this happened to anyone else?

What emulator are you using.. ePSXe would be the emulator of choice for your phone

And what point are you talking about

Could be a few reasons

In order of most like to be the reason

Bad emulation
Bad emulator setup
Bad disc image
Possibly the phone itself aswell

I'm at the point where I'm about to leave Galbadia Garden to assassinate Edea

Oh, and Im using epsxe, also

Try this...

Use memcard saves only after changing settings (this is important)

change the graphics plugin to use software instead of OpenGL or Direct 3D and try again

(You can not load in a save state after changing settings as this reverts any changes made, you can create new save states after though if you wish to use save states, but make sure you do in-game saves as well)

The plugins currently used would of been good info to have as well as the setup you are using
