    Default Olympic Bid Action

As we're just months away for announcing the city that gets the 2020 Olympics in Buenos Aires, my major concern is that Tokyo may repeat their 2016 bid blunder as Istanbul has already set up a lethal trap against 'em. Yet next month, the IOC evaluation commission is visiting the three cities in their shortlist, and yes, the only voting round is on 7th September, where the winning city is mentioned.

So as we wait for September, let's play a game. Put yourself in the eyes of the IOC Evaluation Commission (One that specialises in Host City Elections), and of the three cities who you'll think they get the host city status for 2020, and why?

I voted for Tokyo, I think it would be good for Japan. The money could go towards rebuilding.

I, of course, would like Madrid to get the Games. But there's so much corruption and confirmed grafts surrounding the IOC that anything is possible.

Madrid would be a good choice too. I bet it's pretty there.

Whoever can avoid bankruptcy gets my vote. The cost of hosting the Olympics outweighs the benefits for most cities.

Man, we're toast! Anti-whaling bastards have told the IOC: "Steer away from Tokyo, or all of you will DIE!"
Such hopes are ruined for grabs if it happens.

Returning to topic, those who favour Istanbul, slam the vote here. We want to have proof that we're competing actively before 9-07
