I actually don't think its the problem at this point. Maybe he was just mistaken, becuase he 'does' having the games working besides the movies. Its either a plugin or pooey computer problem.

The company is ok really, it's just the automatic messages the system generates (and that happens with all sorts of companies anyway).
They don't seem to be able to update their information before reminders are triggered.
It's after 8pm now and I paid the bill like 10-11 hours ago
