Yes I know the difference. But you may have to consider biting the bullet and getting the official ones in english (maybe there's a way to convert to french?) or get user made one that's in french. I've been looking around for a bit and haven't really found anything yet. However the only thing I did find was a french one for ff13 but that's not on your list.
