I'm looking for Ready Player one. Sheras suggested it and I've been looking.

Yeah, i had no idea that was going on until it was too late, not like I could have done as good as those guys did, would have been fun though

Honestly I thought the first Far Cry was meh, and after the mixed reviews I didn't bother to give the second one a chance.

I believe 3 is standalone, unlike the UC series. Shouldn't have any problem starting from 3 even if you haven't played its predecessors.

I might add it to the list. Sounds like it might be hard to find in my town.

Interesting. Might have to look at it again, then.

For now, I'm off to work to grab some food and maybe a new book. Or at the very least some munchies.

I looked at this thread a few minutes ago, and I'm still confused as to what it is about? haha

I'm not paying $16 for a book I've never heard of before. I'll wait until I find it in a second hand shop somewhere.

[ edit ] Oh look, there are two print runs. The second will only cost me $13.

You guys piqued my interest, I'll put that book on my mental backlog. I might even get to it in a year or two!

It's a book about retro video games and the 80's. I'm pretty sure it was a bestseller for a while. Warner Bros has the movie rights last I heard, and the author is actually going to be penning the screen play

I would guess since he's actually a screenwriter who just happened to write this book, and he gets to do his own script for the movie, I'd say it's in good hands. Let's just hope they get the right director - they need someone that's great with visuals, and not Michael Fucking Bay.
