Which plugins are you using, and are they the same plugins you had working on XP? My guess is that, especially if your computer shipped with XP and not 7, that you're having hardware driver compatibility issues which could cause issues with particular ePSXe plugins. This emulator works fine on my 64 bit Win7 setup (a fairly new laptop) so it's not likely it's strictly a software compatibility issue.
I would try using a different video plugin than you're using now; specifically, I would test the P.E.Op.S Soft Plugin (can be found here; http://www.pbernert.com/gpupeopssoftwin118b.zip ). If changing up the plugins doesn't fix the issue, I would try using an earlier version of the emulator, such as 1.6, which you can find here; http://www.emuparadise.me/emulators/...sxe160_full.7z .
Let me know if this is helpful at all.

One can't help but be reminded of such bands as Pearl Jam, White Zombie, Suicidal Tendencies and other bands that bear the mantle of so called "Alternative Rock". One is even reminded of Lorie Anderson when she wore curlers. Hehehmhm! This video speaks less to the heart and more to the sphincter. In closing, I think Korn would do well to learn more from -"
