It is not a client-side problem. It is up to the operators of the Web server site to locate and analyse the logs which should give further information about the error.
It's an issue on their end, not yours. Given the "too many connection" bit of your description however I'm inclined to believe they have their servers configured to only accept so many connections at once, in this case, only so many people downloading from their server at once. I would try again later when more slots are freed up.
"I think that the problem with this video is it is highly derivative of many popular bands within the genre. Although when viewed on its own merits, it does have a deeper groove.
