How to do attachments

I have been posting for a while
But I put up direct links which I feel it will not last long before it will be deleted.
I can create the dlc files
But how do I do the attachments or upload it on epforums as I have seen others do it.

Just below your message box, you will see "go advanced."
Click that and it will bring you to more options. There will now be a paperclip looking button. That is your "add attachment" button.
